Are harven leather products made of real leather?

Yes all our products are made of full grain pure leather.

Will the color of my purchase be exactly the same as shown on website?

Yes: We try our best to accurately portray the colors of all our products online. However, colors may vary due to the resolution of your computer screen. As well, leather is a natural product and minor deviations in color are possible. In fact, they show the genuineness of the material.

How do I place my order?

You can place your order as a registered user or even as a guest user. Just go to your favorite product and click on ‘Buy Now’. You can then go to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you will need to add your personal details and shipping information.

What should I expect once my online order is placed?

You will receive a confirmation email which will contain your order details. This email should arrive within a few minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at harvenleather@gmail.com or via our WhatsApp no. +92 334 0632378 as your order may not be placed.

What kind of payments do you accept?

The Harven Leather website accepts the following payment methods:

Online bank transfers (for Pakistan only);

Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash(for Pakistan only);

Cash on delivery (for Pakistan only).

How do I change or cancel my order?

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please write to us at harvenleather@gmail.com or send your message our WhatsApp no. +92 334 0632378 immediately after placing the order. Please note that it is not possible to change or cancel your order after it has been personalized.
