You can return items purchased from the Harven leather online store within 7
days to the following address for a refund of the original payment method,
without giving a reason:

Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging if you no longer have the original packaging. Please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging in order to avoid claims for damages due to insufficient packaging.
The shipping costs will be reimbursed in the event of a justified complaint. Please also note the return instructions under item 2 below. Items purchased from retail cannot be accepted for exchange in the online store. Please contact the respective dealer. We want to continuously improve our quality and service. It will help us a lot if
you briefly explain why you came to this decision.
Right of cancellation
You have the right to revoke your contract declaration within 7 days in text form without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 7 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item/items. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). The declaration of revocation can also be made by returning the goods without an additional declaration within the specified revocation period.
The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the goods are received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations in accordance with § 312c Para. 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 Para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our obligations
according to § 312e Para. 1 Clause 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV.
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived must be surrendered. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
The return of the goods or the declaration of revocation must be addressed to us. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us the notification of exercising your right of cancellation or send the goods to us.
You can also use the attached sample revocation form to declare your revocation of your decision. The revocation can also be made informally by a simple declaration to us.
