Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory right to liability for defects shall apply.
The following applies to used goods: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of 2 years from delivery of the goods.
The above restrictions and deadline reductions do not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents:
in the event of injury to life, limb or health, in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraudulent intent, in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) within the framework of a guarantee promise , as far as agreed or as far as the area of application of the Product Liability Act is open.

Harven Leather leather bags are indestructible and robust. That’s why we give you a 3-year quality guarantee on material and workmanship on all our bags if they are handled properly. We will repair, replace and refund the purchase price less shipping.
The guarantee is valid from the day you receive the product.


To give you peace of mind that you are investing in a durable, quality product, we promise this unique guarantee. Under our guarantee we undertake all repairs, whether from German customers or international customers, which are due to manufacturing defects. This includes appropriate repairs to zippers, seams, fasteners and inner linings. You only have to pay the shipping costs. Please note that we cannot cover wear and tear, cracks or scratches under this warranty. On request, however, we will also be happy to treat them for a small fee.


If your high-quality leather bag or accessory has a production defect, the team will take care of it immediately.


In individual cases, your leather bag or accessory must be sent to our Harven Leather workshop for repairs. In this case, our customer service will inform you beforehand about the time frame and will keep you up to date by email until the repair is completed.

In the event of defects in the delivered product, you are entitled to the statutory warranty rights. Your statutory warranty claims are not restricted by a guarantee.
